Accent Urgent Care & After Hours Pediatrics is contracted with the insurance plans summarized below. Patients utilizing these insurance plans will be required to make a co-payment at the time of visit. Patients are also responsible for any deductibles or other special conditions their insurance may require. To expedite your insurance claim, please bring your current insurance card and a valid picture ID. Co-payment / "Co-pay": A co-payment is a predetermined fee that an individual must pay for each office visit. Co-pays are collected at the time of service. It is the insured individuals contractual obligation to pay the co-pay. Deductibles: Many insurance plans require that you pay a certain annual amount for healthcare expenses before the insurance company will cover your health care costs. If you have an insurance plan that we do not contract with, we are still happy to provide medical care. However, full payment will be due at the time of the visit. The cost of a typical office visit will range between $95.00 and $130.00 excluding any tests or x-rays. Costs for tests and x-rays will be added to the office visit expense. Our billing office will then electronically "courtesy" file your insurance claim so that you receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company. Our electronic claim submission will result in a faster reimbursement to you from your insurance company. We contract with the following insurance plans:
We accept cash, personal check (with a valid drivers license), and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Please note that payment of your co-pay, deductible, or visit amount will be collected at the time of service.
