For more than 12 years, Accent Urgent Care & After Hours Pediatrics has been serving the Triangle area, meeting the broad range of adult and pediatric urgent medical care needs. Day or night, evening or weekend, seven days a week – we are here. We understand you want the best medical care without the wait, and we deliver.

Our board certified emergency medicine, family medicine, and pediatric physicians and certified physician assistants treat patients of all ages.  Unlike many of our urgent care competitors, there is always a board certified physician working in our medical offices.  Our providers see you quickly and with care, but with no appointment necessary. 

With on-site X-ray, IV therapy, laceration repair, fracture and trauma management, asthma management, skin infection and occupational medicine treatment services, among others, we are just the health care provider you need to accommodate your demanding and busy schedule.  Typically, we can treat you and have you on your way in an hour or less.

Most, if not all, of our medical services are offered at dramatic cost savings to patients, employers, and insurance companies over the costs of hospital emergency departments and hospital based "fast track" and "urgent care" units.
